Looks like they tried to ship it in a paper bag mailer but it couldn't fit so they put both the paper mailer and the product in a box with the adhesive stuck to the product. It was crushed in transit, but the item was undamaged and still usable. Item was used as advertised and showed wear on the outer panel. I'll give them a positive rating. Shipped fast, was exactly as described... They claim to have tested the item but I'm pretty sure they did not... In the end, it all worked out. Though... I will say it again... if you have a problem, you may be stunned at how they approach problem resolution...
