The laptop was packaged very well, showed up in described very good condition with only a few minor scratches on the lid and none on the inside. There was some sticker residue that came off easily with rubbing alcohol. Functions like a brand new one. Couldn't be happier!

Very good condition, and good appearance, no visible or noticeable flaws besides a bit of shadow on the front from old stickers. No biggie, stickers are tricky. I would say the value was pretty decent. I opted for no OS and saved a few bucks putting Linux on it instead. Quality feels premium for a 5+ year old model, but I'm coming from a 10+ year old macbook, so that's not saying much. Sturdy, capable, relatively powerful. Satisfied.

The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. I would recommend this seller to anyone; I'd rate him as A-Plus.
