Not every cabinet is perfect so you may need to tweak the match between the two pieces so they work smoothly. My cabinets are old. I found using the screws to secure the pieces more reliable than the stickers, but used the stickers to adjust placement before placing the screws. New cabinets might make installation more simple. Not 100% perfect, but nice being hidden and can be set to keep unlocked.
