The battery was packed extremely well and showed no signs of damage. I don't think the seller had any way of knowing it was damaged. I notified the seller and they immediately responded. I sent pictures, and they immediately shipped me another battery. I was extremely impressed with the customer service from the seller. I will buy from this seller again. I would highly recommend. Five-star seller!!!
