The USPS, however must have had a bad day, as the contents were entirely smashed. I notified the seller and was refunded my purchase price and ailing in the same day. I am sorry for the loss of a lovely piece to my collection, but that was not the sellers fault. When I received it, I noticed that the colors and patterns did not match my other "Arcadia" pieces. I wrote to the seller, describing the issue and proposed a partial refund, asking the seller if that seemed like a fair solution. I got no answer. After a few days, I wrote again. The seller did reply but dismissed my claim and refused to do anything. Ebay stepped in and I got a refund.
