They payed for the return shipping and sent another computer to replace it. It arrived in great shape! It looks brand new!! I haven’t used it much yet… I just received it today. I did give it a little test drive and it seems to be perfect! The customer service is very good! I highly recommend AAA PCs!

The product looks almost new and it was clean. During setup I changed my mind on how I wanted to configure it but wanted to verify how to do that so at about 11:30 PM I sent an email which was answered within 12 hours. Keep up the good work AAAPCS.

The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. I would recommend this seller to anyone; I'd rate him as A-Plus.
