Packaging was also okay at best, not necessarily the most protective. That combined with it clearly not have been cleaned was worrying. All in all a decent purchase, wish it was a little better though. Very grateful it works and is functional at the end of the day. :)

Upon receiving the shipment, both remotes appeared to be in good condition and official Nintendo products. However, when tested, one of the remotes had some internal sensors defects. Upon reaching out to the seller, the immediately offered to ship out a replacement remote, which arrived in great working order. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this seller. They will take care of you.

The seller sent me an entire new controller in the same color as the one I just bought free of charge and did not expect me to mail the broken controller back in the mail. Top service. I wish all eBay sellers were as good as this one. 👍
