They don't seem to understand English and responses are "robotic". Part was not packaged well enough, so arrived damaged. Upon further inspection, it was missing the slinger/flinger as pictured in the listing. And it also came with different bolts, that were not as good of type as what was shown. 17 days and still trying to resolve. While my Jeep has no 4wd, and I am out the money to get another one that arrives safe and is as described.
