I have contacted seller to make full refund, but they have not responded with any answer. I am not able to get any way to connect with eBay to intervene. But this last time we ordered on October 3rd and received it October 16th. We live maybe 45 minutes to an hour from seller. Could not understand why it would take so long to receive product. Almost 14 days to go approximately 40-45 miles. Other than how long it took, my wife was happy with the product received.
