The seller had purchased the tumbler as a pre order and didn’t have it to ship right away. They were fully transparent about this in the description. They kept me updated via their tracking from Brumate and sent it to me as soon as they received it. UPS had destroyed the box! It was completely open. This was NOT the sellers fault.
