    The item mailed from Florida to Oregon and IMO wasn't packaged appropriately for what it was and how far it was traveling & unfortunately it did arrive damaged. The seller was outstanding though in understanding, they stated that sometimes they arrive fine but occassionally get damaged in transit. The refund was fast and painless.
