He offered to refund my money and trusted me to pay him if and when the nuts were delivered. It took 41 days! The US Post Office is officially a disaster - we've had multiple issues, some very serious, with important items arriving very late or not at all. At least this wasn't a critical delivery. The nuts are excellent, just as described.

I had a chain of questions about how to get a shipment faster and these guys were civil, patient, and professional. Started with the same question at another establishment which was offering the same product at a lower price. Never got an acknowledgement or nothing. It's just so much more fun dealing with people who treat you right and don't make a big deal about it. Vote with your money even if it's a few bucks more. Thanks guys for an excellent job.
