In summary the actions of the vendor were excellent. Now I have to comment on the quality of the pullers: I found them to be only suitable for light work. The largest one has had the threaded boss part stripped during operation which was only on a small trailer hub. For the price, three pullers seem a good deal, but if you have seriously stuck bearings better get better quality product.
