It appears this has happened in the past. I tried to contact user and try to come to an acceptable arrangement. But user did not respond. Exercise caution when buying. This could happen again. I should have read the feedback feed to see this is common with seller.

I waited several weeks without any shipment activity after purchase. I tried to contact seller but they didn't care to respond back. After third attempt -- and instead of reporting the matter to ebay, a refund was issued without any communication in messages, nor thereafter at request upon thanking them for refunding my prior payment.
