When I’ve reached out to the seller they responded immediately and offered to send the items again or perform an immediate refund. As it happens the packages dropped through the letterbox as I was reading their message. Would thoroughly recommend this seller, excellent! Items were in great condition and represent great value as you can order a single frame as opposed to a full box!
