It did take a little longer to arrive than expected, but the seller did everything to find out what the hold up was & get the product to us. It arrived in excellent condition, very well packaged, & appeared exactly as it did on ebay. It was great value, & we can't wait to have the steam generator installed to try out. I had concern about the shipping, as the original shipping information was from an overseas shipping company, but the Fedex label and information on tracking was the same. All in all, I am happy with this item, and can't wait to use it in animating decorations.
