Shipped 9-3 from NY. 2 12" dolls said delivered to mailbox 9-5-25 but I never received the package. I should have canceled the sale but I gave them a chance due to the emails from them. I asked for help to file a claim w/ USPS because I can't do it w/out their address and the price they paid for the insurance etc. I'm out $40.68 and a waste of my time. Sad situation.
