The power supply was damaged in transit, and the seller went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. This is a high value addition to my home studio. I will be watching this shop for future purchases!

The Seller responded very quickly & was ready to help either find a solution or help with a return. Either way, he was committed to make it right. With some guidance I was able to fix the issue. Awesome customer service. Quick to respond. Followed thru on every action he promised and in the time frame he promised as well. In a 5 star rating he would deserve a 10. He's earned my trust.
