Shipping was fast. I ended up buying a factory HP keyboard board cheap on Amazon I think $16. Only small disappointment was when I explained that I was offered the cost of the bran new keyboard he paid for $4 dollars. No wonder it was defective. I thought common customer service he should have at least reimbursed me for the one I bought. For $16

It was well packaged and great condition and it was an outstanding value, but I travel a lot and the unit was just too heavy when I got in touch with the seller and I explained my situation they took care of me immediately. Received package and realized it was kind of a small box so I opened it and the monitors were missing. Got in touch with the seller and they said they wanted to make it right with me. About 5 minutes after I got off the phone with them, I had a tracking number and received the monitors! Fair and honest people to deal with.
