When these steps didn't resolve the issue, they quickly gave me a label to send it back to them, and then they sent one back to me in less than 3 days, and it works great. I can say I genuinely enjoyed the process, even if the first PC didn't work.

I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. I would recommend this seller to anyone; I'd rate him as A-Plus.
