It seemed that the box came undone and it had to be replaced by the post office. However the jacket is in pristine condition just as described. I had a small issue with this order where tape was used to secure an item, damaging the finish. When I let the seller know, they responded quickly and kindly to fix the issue and to let me know that my concerns about the tape were heard.
