The sizing sticker appears to have been peeled off something else and re-applied to the helmet as there were creases in the label and adhesive gunk present from the old sticker. Not sure how the other things happened but all our helmets are brand new. We offered to replace the helmet and the box but you said you wanted to use the helmet that day so you did not want a replacement.
