The prints do flatten out very easily, and this does not in any way ruin the print. My goal is for all customers to be satisfied so i have tried reaching out to this buyer, to correct this issue.

I messaged seller and apprised them of the situation and very quickly, the response I got was "I will have a replacement in the mail tomorrow." The new image would have arrived sooner, do to the USPS it was further delayed, not the sellers fault. When it did finally arrive it was in a sturdy tube and in excellent condition (see images). The prints I purchased were of exceptional quality (better than All Posters and Art.com) and they were very carefully rolled and shipped in a sealed plastic bag within a sturdy cardboard tube. Delivery was also fast. I will definitely purchase from this seller again. On a side note, I'd personally prefer prints that had a matte or at least semi matte finish rather than high gloss but that's just my taste. These are very high quality. Highly, highly recommended seller.
