After ordering I notice the ad said graphite shafts and the picture showed steel shafts. I call Pacific Golf to make sure the shafts were graphite and they informed me that they were in fact steel. I spoke with Cassandra and she informed me it was an error on their part on the listing and they would find me a set with graphite shafts. She did and got the set I wanted. This is above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. Exceptional customer service.

Had a bit of an issue with being short the 5 hybrid in the initial shipment. But it took a few days of exchanging messages to get the missing club shipped to me. They did throw in a set of head coverings for the trouble. Over all they are good to deal with.
