The initial response to the issue was quick, decided with the seller to return the wrong item and to get back the correct one. The seller quickly initiated the return, next day a courier picked it up and the item was shipped back to the seller. After the successful return the right one was sent back to me (awaiting).     Very knowledgeable people, This is a very important part so it makes sense to have a professional who knows what they are talking about make sure you’ve got the right part. Excellent customer service 👍. The turbo arrived in 3 days…fantastic. I’ve taken the turbo to my fitter to check it and he say it looks of good quality, brand new in appearance and boxed, I’d say this represents good value for money especially with a 2 year warranty.
