Any questions I had the seller happily provided a answer quickly. This is a great laser, everything I needed and everything works perfectly. Packaging was amazing. Came fully assembled and not a scratch on anything. Never seen anything packaged this well. Would recommend to anyone looking 30watt laser!!!

The unit I purchased was out of stock by the time I paid for it and was contacted by the seller. But they sent me another machine that was actually worth more than the one I had bought! And their customer service is totally awsome! They were very patient and helped me set up the machine. Over past 4 days they have requested many checks by me to identify a communication issue between the machine and hand piece. With their direction together we have identified the problem and have been able to correct it. It has been very satisfying experience. Thank you guys.
