Had an issue with my order sitting in limbo on the update status and Christian got back to me stat when I inquired about what was going on and told me he'd update me as soon as he could. Well he did and I received my order not long after I made that inquiry and they were in perfect condition. The quality is top notch and the craftsmanship definitely reflects the value.
