The value was good and the part appears to be new just the packaging was previously opened indicating this was a returned item and not new, unopened as indicated in the sale.

However, I am not faulting the seller's packaging. The item has a sheet metal cage, the forces required for the shipper to crush it were extreme. Seller promptly refunded the full purchase price and shipping costs. I would do business with the seller again.
