my book kinda was late according to the arrival date stated but in time for me to start class. i contacted the seller to let her know it hadnt received it and she tracked it for me and responded quickly. It came the next day. shipping was late because of the post office, not her. im very happy with her professionalism in getting back to me so promptly. i would definitely buy from her again. she mailed it the day she said she would and it came nicely wrapped. i am very pleased.
