His communication during shipping was outstanding, going out of his way to ensure the package was in fact being shipped despite the inefficiency of the shipping company, their tracking system and the horrific tariff issue. The shipping company itself was a complete disaster and nightmare, but do not let this deter you from using this seller. To the seller, if there are other shipping company options available, recommend trying another.
