Quality, condition, value, and appearance I can not leave any information on because I never opened the box before I had to send it back. I was mistaken thinking the cylinder came in the kit but it does not. So I had to send it back to the seller unfortunately. But the return shipping was easy and painless because eBay sent me a return label that only required being scanned at the USPS office and they took it from there.
