Unfortunately, the product was damaged during shipment yet the customer did not message us about it. As we've just messaged our customer, we would gladly ship a replacement at our cost, but we have to know about these things. As for the cost of the shipment, it's unfortunate as international shipping costs are high, which is out of our control.
