Poor Customer Service. 1st image: what I paid for. 2nd image: what they sent. Clearly are different

I wanted it for a specific pattern. They sent it out any way, heaven alone knows why. The seller told me to return it for a refund. 11 days later, it still hasn't arrived! I can't even be certain they sent it, as there's no tracking for it. Seller is unreliable and unprofessional.
