Notes
Recorded in the hottest summer on record in a studio on the unventilated top floor of a warehouse in July and August, the kind of tense and sweaty frustration born of semi-consciousness and beer is channeled into these 9 tracks of quirky rock. It can arguably be stated that no one is really doing the kind of music Chrash are on Audio Feng Shui. Part chug, part stop/start, all melody and twisted insight. Reminiscent of Wire's early works, but with the kind of easy flow of early REM, the three (sometimes four) members of Chrash have pulled something out of the air here, something at first listen that is compelling and unique, if you come from the vein of listener that seeks a challenge and looks deeply into the art of pop.

    What a great find from the early 90s this album is. Met one of the co-founding members at his home in Nebraska and Saw this band Live a couple times in Denver so I am glad to say 30 years later I got the album. It was a great price item was just as described extremely fast shipping and great Packaging as it arrived safely. Five star seller would definitely purchase from them again highly recommended.
