I have not put the account on instant renewal, but I will say I had to re-call back and get the Wi-Fi calling put it on because you had to have your number established before you could do that

Process for portaling number over from Mint was simple although of course it is always tricky to have to transfer and set up on the same phone needed to call the old company. I couldn't get the set up to work online. The only thing I am unhappy with is there were so many options that is great, I didn't realize "unlimited" meant just talk and text so no data included, unclear if I can wifi it. small amount of data doubles price.

Contacted seller and they sent me a new one which arrived to me this time. Put the sim card in my phone and it is working as expected.
