In the picture, they seemed considerably larger, like you'd use to cook large amounts of food, instead of individual & personal use; but, otherwise, all appears as described & pictured, seems of reasonably good quality, and I *am* keeping them - so "all is well, that ends well". Going in my vehicle's glove box anyway, for eating while on the road so no biggie.

Cons: the handles are a bit loose nothing too crazy but none the less I've narrowed this down to a manufacturing problem not this seller, it's something you have to open the package to feel and they were sealed shut. All in all 37$ for a decent machete.
