I question the shipping details. The item was purchased on Dec 1 and expected delivery per the tracking number provided was Dec 5. Well if it shows up any later than next Monday the 13th it will be getting sent back. Everything I have ever shipped even with free shipping I would send the fastest way possible. Even 1st class cross country does't take two weeks.

I got the correct flag today and they even sent the mailer and return label at no extra cost. I feel I got a good value fory flag and the condition was new as stated. Communication was prompt and they made sure both sides understood each other. The quality is superb. No tears or holes in the flag either. I still give them 5 stars
