Toy was packaged amazingly well, including air bubbles and thick cardboard box to protect it, and came in a great shape, brand spanking new, not a single nick on it. Shipping was really cheap (cheaper than anywhere I've seen) and also extremely fast - it took less than a week (to another continent!)! And it was shipped via normal post, not fancy expensive ones! As always with this brand — everything in terms of quality is just perfect, the toys are very cute and pretty. I was also pleasantly surprised with the prices, which were much lower than most shops have, even though my order consisted of two rather valuable collector pieces.
