We had a hiccup with shipping but they were very communicative and were following along very step of the way. The kit arrived in fantastic condition and was exactly what we needed. When it arrived, the box had been crushed, and the float was severely damaged. I called Carb Junky's. They asked for photos which was expected. Immediately, THAT SAME DAY, they sent out a replacement. I have had great customer service before, but nothing this exceptional.
