U-haul glass pack kits come with a large flat broken down box and the insert package. NO BOXES were included in the shipment even thought he listing clearly states BOXES are included. Only the insert packs were shipped. They will not communicate with me and will not accknowledge their error. Very poor seller . Sorry I can not rate lower the one star.
