Items are used but they look and appear new to me! Great value! Reasonably priced! The rack rails (packed separately) did come bent at one end but I was able to bend them back. I did have to update iDrac but everything else was up to date. Fast delivery and for the price was fantastic. Will buy again. Great seller!
