I did email the seller who to be fare replied very quickly and explained they they had dispatched the order days ago. I would suggest finding another delivery service. Product arrived in extremely good packaging which prevents any form of damage occurring during postage. Have used this seller before never had any problem with the condition of product during transit. Would certainly recomend this seller.
