    This is an excellent laptop that works great and was as listed. The seller was very easy to work with and communicate with. The price was very good. It looks brand new! The only problem was with USPS. They sent the package through their SYSTEM that made no common sense at all. We are 30 miles out of Little Rock and the shipment went by Little Rock TWICE before it finally stopped for 3 day late delivery. That was NOT the sellers fault. Super transaction other wise. SAVED seller for future buys.

    You really learn how good a seller is when things go wrong, and uptekk is a good one — the item arrived damaged, likely due to the shipping carrier (well packed, but old speakers can be delicate). Seller was responsive and professional in finding a resolution that worked for everybody. Would absolutely buy from them again.
