Item arrived with secure and protective packaging, it was as listed, The first thing I did was try printing on a CD, which worked beautifully. Seller, is prompt, good at communication and willing to help if he can. I was to pleased since I was not able to find this part aftermarket, it has upped the use of my printer. Thank you!
