Spent 2 hours trying to figure out what drivers were missing. Went from missing mousepad, sound, AND touchscreen. Took a while to figure out. This is more of a lenovo issue though.

The key complaint was the amount of work and time spent in updating both Lenovo drivers and windows updates. I spent over 3 hours and close to 20 restarts to get everything updated otherwise the touchpad and audio did not work. Be sure you are tech savvy to handle the update yourself.

Shipping took a little long, but it was coming across the country so that is understandable. Fantastic seller would purchase from them again.

Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints.
