Photos were taken, seller contacted, reply was immediate and a full refund was given. Seller was informed about shipping collectibles in boxes in the future and they agreed they would so, hopefully, the lesson has been learned to prevent future damages. So, despite the damage, I would have to recommend the seller due to good communication and customer service.

The appearance is wonderful and I got a good value because I didn’t have to pay shipping. The speed of delivery was great and the seller has a very good rating and I see why.
