One of the pans I thought I was getting in my set was missing. I replied to them that it was missing and it took them a couple of times to get back to me but they did. And they didn't have the missing pan, but they did refund me partially. We talked and made a deal and I got a quick refund on what was missing. I would recommend them they were very nice

The items I received were not as described, and the seller did not respond to any of my messages. I had to involve eBay to obtain a full refund. Don’t fall for their listings. After eBay issued my refund, I noticed the seller still had the same items listed, now marked “open box” and discounted by 25%, which further confirms this seller’s deceptive practices.
