Great care had been taken to ensure the turntable arrived undamaged with loads of bubble wrap, crushed paper, and a sturdy box used. The platter and its drive belt had been thoughtfully removed and bagged separately - just one example of the care taken. The item was perfectly described and really good value. Thoroughly recommend this seller!!

Packaging got destroyed by courier to the point that I'm returning in a different box. I assume that the CD Player left the seller as described. Whilst the Amp was packaged with great detail; Evri Dropped the parcel off. Box was burst open just above the volume knob. Perhaps put in a van with force- the force on front panel has knocked out the sides of the metal cover. This is not the responsibility of the seller for the reason (fortunately) it is working as should and is as described.
