    I ordered a really hard to find bathroom sink vessel which this seller had and it was apparently in perfect condition according to the photos. The price was right. It was shipped USPS mail and came in a dozen pieces. The package was not labelled fragile and didn't include protective styrofoam. I contacted the seller immediately, sent him a photo and he gave me a refund on the spot. I was sorry I couldn't get another but appreciated his quick attention to the refund.

    Seller was great deal with. Great communication. The USPS took the item in a tour of the country so it was a week late, but that was the incompetence of the USPS, not the sellers fault. Item was exactly as advertised. Very happy. Would recommend this seller.
