From start to finish, the process was outstanding. The piece was just more beautiful than in the pictures, and the picutures are mint. The protective wrap for shipping took me 45 minutes to unravel, and included bubble wrap, card board pieces, form, tape, corner supports, just top-tier all around. The receiver looks, works and sounds fantastic. Purchase from plresultsman!
